About Athletic Labs

What we do

We go to the fields of clubs, academies and schools to run performance tests with athletes: athletic performance tests, sport-specific skill tests in 25 sports, physical screening with body analysis, and injury risk analysis. Results appear in dedicated athlete and club portals as soon as testing ends, and through retesting we follow each athlete's development across seasons. Our goal is to help clubs, coaches and families make better-informed decisions about athlete development.

Our approach: Measure. Understand. Improve.

We build a process that goes beyond a single testing day and links every new measurement to the next step. We define the scope together with each organization, run the selected tests on the field in a planned and fully documented process, read the results alongside the testing conditions and evaluation notes, and tie retesting to the sports calendar.

A performance result only means something alongside how it was measured. That's why we are open about the method, the conditions and the limits of interpretation throughout testing and reporting. A test result is not a verdict on talent; it is a measure of the athlete's performance on that day.

Where we work

We are headquartered in Bursa. We are expanding our field-based approach from Türkiye through international partnerships; we test in Türkiye, the Balkans, Europe and the Middle East, and keep growing our partnerships with clubs and delivery partners in these regions.
